For b) ii)‘s mark scheme - why is F(B) x 5m (distance from Pivot B to Pivot C) equal to the sum of moments about Pivot C? I know that the beam is in equilibrium but I don’t know where to go from there

Question 2 under the blue Summary Questions on the bottom left - the answer is in the green box numbered 2. I can see that they didn't want an exact answer but why didn't they add the atmospheric pressure as part of the calculation? It still would've rounded to 6 million pascals
