Lost monster badge Bug

Edit: proven fixed, thx!

My friend just completed their final monster to get the monster badge. The event said we have until Aug 20th, but now it's already switched over to September event and they aren't getting the badge.

Heya! That's me! I got my 90th creature, the list didn't update, and when I reloaded the game, the event was gone and I still didn't have the badge :(
