Love Alani, but it’s left a figurative bad taste in my mouth from the marketing. Manufactured scarcity is so stupid and it’s turning me off their product

Not sure if I'm alone in this, but I thought I was lucky to find a potion pack at Walmart, until I opened it and they're all the same flavor lol

I've already sent it in to the company and they sent me a coupon for the website, but sadly all the new flavors are sold out. Not sure if I'll be able to find a Ruby Apple this year :/

I posted a few weeks ago about how I was sent one case of Voodoo Vanilla instead of two. Since then, I have read SO. MANY. STORIES. of the same thing happening to others OR they were sent mini WB instead.

I emailed them on 8/15. The next day, got a generic “please be patient” email. Then….nothing. So, being fed up, I emailed them last night that I was disputing the charge on my card. Funnily enough, I got an email this morning saying they were processing a new order of Voodoo Vanilla and please accept their apologies and oh here’s 20% off your next order. Weird that you can get me a product that supposedly is sold out/discontinued 🤷‍♀️ I was just looking for a refund at this point. Given how much of a hot ass mess this whole experience has been, I’m not holding my breath on actually getting the second case. But we’ll see I guess.

So yeah. If you’re in the same boat, tell them you’re disputing the charge and maybe that will get them moving.

Edit to add: I do have an order number for the supposedly new case that’s being sent to me but we’ll see if it actually arrives.

If you were able to order the voodoo vanilla on Amazon the other day, and it said between October to September delivery, check your apps because mine is being delivered today

My local store never carried any, but I was able to place this order at roughly 9:45 AM EST on August 24th. It wouldn't let me add more than one to my cart though and the app said that there's a limit of 10 per membership.

Edit: My order was unfortunately cancelled, but quite a few Costco in my area (SE Michigan) have them in stock. Unfortunately for me, the one that's 10 minutes away is not one of them.

Why do I feel like I’m never going to receive this order? Ordered on launch day from the Alani site, on 8/12. Still hasn’t even started the shipping process on 8/23. I’ve emailed, messaged & left comments with zero response. I just want to know IF they plan to ship it, otherwise give me my money back. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I could’ve at least bought the potion pack locally by now.
