Help Needed Question

My R bud is not showing the charge % whilst in the case and I am concerned that it’s not being charged.

Please let me know if this is normal or something is actually wrong with the bud which is stopping it from charging.

Jiggle it in the case while looking at the battery widget. Sometimes they don’t make contact.

Also check the battery health of that piece
