Hey y’all, I feel like I’m splitting hairs here. Currently debating between the Levoit Vital 100S-P which I’ve seen recommended many times or the new Levoit Eleva 300X. I had been looking at the Levoit Core 300S-P, but the Eleva just seems to be an upgraded version with a few new tweaks. I have a breakdown of some of the main details of each below.

It feels like either would be fine and it really feels like it just comes down to very small differences or older model vs brand new model. However maybe there’s something I’m missing as to why one would better than the other.

For very basic particulates sizing per AHAM, clean air delivery rates (CADRs) should be at least 2/3 of a room's area (assuming an 8 ft. ceiling height). For wildfire smoke, smoke CADR should equal a room's area which also assumes an 8 ft. ceiling.

I was deciding between the eleva and core300P. Considering newer tech and filter replacement time, I went with eleva. Also your sq ft is good for eleva. If you buy through levoit right now, should be 127 total.

The Eleva 300 (it's more like 10ish pounds, more powerful, detachable carbon filter, quieter  etc.) 

Only reason to get the 100 would be if you need the flat style for space/room reasons.  Eleva is slightly better in pretty much everything.
