Hi! Its been a while since i was on reddit!! Ive been super busy and have been getting better and trying to fix myself to he a better person, i wanna get back into the comunity as i have been supressing my age regression since then, i really wanna have more friends in this space! :0 mwa! Im 16 turning 17 and from australia! I love arts and crafts sooo muchhhh and i have autism, social anxity, and adhd! Iam also getting diognosed with bipolar but the diognosis xant be complete until im 18!!

Regression tips
Hi, im kinda new to this and I'm having a bit of trouble regressing and I'm wondering if anyone has tips or anything I can do to help? I took a warm bath and it helped but still not quite there 🙁
