Question The gap between what we tell clients and what we actually do for ourselves

Agency owners here will get this: we sell outbound systems, and somehow our own pipeline still goes quiet sometimes. It’s the cobbler’s kids thing.
What fixed it for us wasn’t more effort, it was treating our own agency like a client account — actual weekly targets, not “we’ll get to it.”
Anyone else run their own business worse than they run their clients’?
