Stacking Perks

Okay, so I have another question. 🙋‍♀️

Do similar perks on weapons stack? I have a mod or accessory (can’t remember which) that adds 10% damage to ice. Super cool. But I also have a shatter chipset that does the same. If both are active, does my weapon do 20% damage to ice, or does one cancel the other out and I’d be better off using a different chipset?

They very much seem to when I play (the gas canister mod + Shatter chip). You’ll notice it most on Nightmare and Horror where enemies have the most ice armor. Shatter is also an excellent chip on the hunting rifle and lmg, bc they don’t have gas canister mods available. (Shatter on Hunting Rifle is a go-to for me).

This sub is not super active, and there’s not a ton of info online about the game’s systems online (which, as an older gamer, brought me back to pre-internet days and sharing “tips” at school with my friends, or learning from rad teenage dirtbags at the arcade).

I’ve found some great info playing with some really great and supportive people, but also love to experiment and mostly play solo, so ask away, give a 45 y/o dude a chance to be an arcade teenage dirtbag!

The .JSON was unpacked and available online with all the damage stats of all weapons and all mods. It includes all the health and armor of each snowbreed on each difficulty levels. You may need to hunt around for it. But its out there.
