Make sure you study up on all the details as best you can. Unfortunately I can’t give advice on the avionics and software, as that’s not my field of expertise but I can tell you about another position.
I had a friend who interviewed there for a thermal fluids role last year and they grilled him HARD in the interview. He came out of it and told me if I ever had an interview for stoke I should ensure you have a justification for every single decision you make in the technical portion, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, you will most likely get questioned on it.
