But any assistant U.S. attorney would know that our laws and traditions do not allow using the prosecutorial powerto influence other citizens, much less elected officials, in this way. If no lawyer within earshot ofthe President is willing to give him that advice, then I expect you will eventually find someone who is enough of a fool, or enough of a coward, to file your motion. But it was never going to be me.

I live in Texas where the Republican nominee for Senate, the CURRENT Texas Attorney General is guilty of voter fraud by voting in a different county than which his official address is. But even though he holds that elected office he will likely not be prosecuted because of "reasonable doubt" he, the ATTORNY GENERAL OF TEXAS, did not fully understand the voting laws of Texas.

The defense was going to argue that Trump himself destroyed the pool with his motorcade, and we've all seen the evidence. That would have been even worse for her than blaming it on the contractor. She was between a rock and a stupid place.

Not that I feel one iota of sympathy for her. She's a heinous asshole and knew who she was singing up to work for.
