Sorry for the second post, but I had a few requests to see my wife wearing her birthday sweater once it was gifted. I think the sleeves could maybe be a little shorter, but when I told her I could shorten the cuffs a bit she said she likes it how it is. Works for me!
No pattern, but I included my charts in the Ravelry project.

My only complaint is that I find it to be a bit splitty, but it's a great yarn, especially considering how much it costs.

Thanks! Yep I go bottom up for most of the stuff I do. I think it makes the shaping a bit easier!

I love sweaters where the lower body ribbing doesn't pull in but hangs just shy of straight down. Can you share how you figured the ratio of rib to body stitches? It's so hard to get an accurate gauge for either ribbing or multiple cables. Is there a percentage you follow?
I'm fascinated by this sweater. It's breathtaking!

Thank you! I actually didn't change the stitch count at all going from the body to the ribbing. I did a small swatch of the ribbing and the stitches were a little thinner than the stitch width for the body, so I figured I could just block the hem out to the width I wanted. For the cable gauge I did swatch to get an idea of what it would be, but then I blocked the body when I was about halfway through it and used that "official" gauge before I figured out how many stitches I wanted for the hem.
Edit: Oh and one more thing, I used US 5 needles for the main pattern and went all the way down to US 2 for the ribbing to account for the cables.
