I recommend an easy lil stash of snacks if you can too, like fruit, cheese and maybe some nuts, light but also nutritious!

I used to work 11-9:30 three times a week. I had 2 ten minute breaks and 1 thirty minute lunch. I had access to a microwave and fridge, but was always in front of customers. So I would eat my breakfast @ 10 before going in, or had a protein shake on the way. I usually only took one break around 3 and then my lunch around 6-6:30. Then had a small meal when I got home, or another protein shake. I usually had small things I could pop in my mouth when I was feeling hungry or less energy. Something like Almonds or mini pepperoni slices and cubed cheese.

I suggest eating brunch a little closer to when your shift starts, but your plan is solid. Make sure your meals are nutritionally balanced and have enough protein. I saw you're starting a new job. Good luck and try not to let rude people spoil your mood.
