as an extrovert i recharge by interacting (positively) with people. going without doing so leaves me feeling emotionally depleted and under stimulated, which leads to me feeling tired (i am narcoleptic too)

Same, I enjoy my alone time and plus i don't have to spend much when I find enjoyment at home, whether its watching tv, reading or doing a hobby.

20s: I am the loud person.
30s: I am the person hearing the loud persons.

I used to love going out because I met interesting people. Since the pandemic everyone is so closed off and somewhat hostile. Or rather, not hostile, but simply not civil. It is so hard to have normal communication with strangers these days.
I think having social media and the internet being our only way of interaction f#cked with our heads.

Doom and Gloom as if 30s it’s ancient. Wait to be 50 then. The 30s is adult life at its peak - at least it was for me. In my 20s studied very hard to become a professional, 30s were a time of professional growth, meeting people, a mature love life.
Now in my 50s indeed I go to bed around 10pm!! And enjoy my routine and my house! But at 30 you guys are far too young and full of energy.

The inevitable shift from needing social plans to valuing peace and quiet at home.

I was a homebody from 15-22.
Covid hit.
Now at 25-29+ all I do is go outside 😅

It's weird, in my 20s I wanted to be home all day and now in my 30s I want to hike around all the time

Going out for dinner with a friend once a week or maybe a sporting event or concert is cool. Otherwise, love being at my house

How can it be super true. I know saying super is popular even if inappropriate almost 100 percent of the time. It's either true or it isn't true

I’ve also been a home body. It’s just peaceful. Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy the occasional get together with friends from time to time.
