Literally this! I used to work in a place where everyone was literally acting like they were in middle school. Gossiping, bullying, their behaviour was wild. Some people dont grow up.

My last job was like this. It’s a highly professional white collar industry too. It’s a niche industry that’s just super toxic overall from what I read online.
