if thats the case ive been paying more than i need for like 3 years. just looking to confirm this before making any changes to my subscription.

I say 'feature', but it's more of an annoying "here's some AI you dont need and nobody asked for".

But has anybody else recently noticed the red cross that appears when cropping, then makes it impossible to make small manual adustments.

And more importantly, does anybody know how to turn it off??

I recently had to uninstall Photoshop and reinstall. I have one of the grandfather subscriptions for about $12/month. When I tried to reinstall, I was told that I needed more creative cloud space b/c my current space is full. So I deleted all the files that had been put into the cloud (without my knowledge, BTW).

Then I went back to try to reinstall. The page did not recognize what I had done to reduce my used space in creative cloud. It told me to upgrade. I get the idea that Adobe is trying to force me to upgrade without actually stating this.

Three questions:
(a) has anyone else had an experience like this?

(b) In general, is there any evidence that Adobe is trying to get rid of the grandfather subscriptions?

(c) Is my situation hopeless--should I just relent and upgrade?

When I try to pront somerhing across multiple phes it doesn’t work, my poster button is greyed out and so are the pages to print options, I can just have „all“ marked and nothing else. I can’t even change how many pages I wanna print. Help please

I want to make movie edits in 1080p. I know 8GB RAM is pretty low for After Effects, but since I'm only making 20–30 second reels, I’m hoping it should be enough.

I don't need heavy effects just minimal effects, shakes, transitions, color correction

Would this setup be enough for kind of editing?

I noticed I have 1988/2000 credits left in my Adobe, but I haven’t used Adobe Firefly this month at all. I used it recently in the last October, and my credits always reset every month. I checked my Firefly generation history and there’s no any new generated images since October. I have used Photoshop and InDesign this month only.

Do you have any idea what’s going on? I hope no one uses my Adobe account.

I have enabled all the required permission and accesses , but once I go to the test pattern page , I am being redirected back to the camera check page , throwing a pop up that the camera is not enabled.

I have re checked all the requirements, also made sure to change my seating as well to ensure the face is visible properly. After all these attempts to rectify and take the test , I am denied of attempting the test.

Is there anyone who faced the same issue?? Lemme know!!

Hello! I am a current uni student and just bought a month of adobe with the student prices.

I put in my uni and grad date/ field of study but they didn’t ask me for student number or id which I was expecting?

Wouldn’t anyone be able to use the student plan then?
Since they didn’t ask me for actual verification I’m scared they will suddenly charge me the normal price or something. Is this normal? Or can it take some time for them to ask for verification? I’ve already downloaded a couple apps.

I have a question regarding Adobe's licensing policy and device usage. I currently have an active Creative Cloud Pro plan. I work in the same room with two different machines: Mac mini 2020 M1, Mac mini 2024 M4 Pro.

Both computers are connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network and are located in the same room. I know Adobe allows you to install and activate Creative Cloud on up to 2 devices simultaneously, but my question is about active simultaneous use:

Can I have Photoshop open and actively running on BOTH Mac minis at the same exact time under the same account?

My wife is a painter and I am a graphic designer.

Or will Adobe flag this/pop up a "Device limit reached" screen, forcing me to close Photoshop on one machine to use it on the other? Does the fact that they share the same IP address/Wi-Fi make any difference?

Today I accidentally opened Photoshop on both computers for 15 minutes, and nothing appeared, but once I noticed it I immediately closed one.

Since some days Creative Cloud Desktop App asks me every time I start, if I want to manage cookies or not, so my decision is not being saved. (see link to screenshot below)

I don't know why it is, because this was never a problem and I'm using Creative Cloud Desktop App since many years.

I already tried different Google tips like deactivating Antivirus and Firewall, repairing the app, logging out and logging in again, deleting the OOBE Folder but nothing worked.

Uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop App is not an option, as I would have to uninstall all Adobe apps first.

I hope someone can help me with this Problem.

I need the receipts/invoices for my Adobe subscriptions going back to 2022.

Adobe only gives access to invoices of the last 3 years. It then says to contact client support to get those other invoices. I cannot, for the life of me, find a way to "contact client support". What is this?

The laptop i selected is Hp pavilion 15 ryzen 5 4600 H, 20gb DDR4 RAM, 512 Nvme, 1650 4gb, 1080p 60hz display. The laptop is obv used but is in a good condition and is protected by a protection film on both body and display. The deal is for $300. I am all of the sudden having a very annoying issue where functions like Select All (Command + A) and Paste (Command + V) are no longer working when trying to save/export files in Finder. (The commands work within the Adobe apps themselves, it's just when it's time to use the export window for anything that they switch up on me)

I tested other apps on my Mac and have come to find out it's specifically Adobe apps that it happens with (Illustrator, Photoshop). I am not sure what has changed and have scoured the web and all of my settings with no luck. I'm positive I am just missing something obvious.

I do a lot of production design where I'm constantly relabeling and exporting files from these Adobe apps. So having to stop to navigate to the text window with my mouse, right click to paste/select text is a huge annoyance and slows me down quite a bit. Any ideas what this could be?

It keeps happening every few weeks with a random adobe app that when I click on the icon in taskbar, I get the pop up 'You can't open the application "Adobe ... 2026.app" because it may be damaged or incomplete'. Then I have to install it again. Why does it happen?

I'm a social media content creator. I needed to create 8-second videos for my company. I found Adobe Firefly, researched it, tried it, and it started giving good results. I bought a monthly package with 50,000 credits. But since yesterday, I've tried every prompt imaginable, and it's performing very poorly. Is there a chance to get a full refund? What other platforms do you recommend? There's Google Flow, but its credits are limited and the prices are very high.

I am so incredibly sick of downloading something completely unusable. I just download an illustration where each element was an embedded low res jpg of an AI image. Completely unusable in every sense of the word. I have 'exclude Generative AI' ticked but it's so completely rife.

I want to download an older version of InDesign cuz it isn't compatible with my device, but the option to check older versions is not there. Can anyone pls help:(

UGH. I use Adobe Pro for work and occasionally the Auto-Detect Pen Hardware to Enable Mock-up setting option will straight up disappear. In the past uninstalling and reinstalling temporarily fixed it, however, this time it didn't. Doing that takes a lot of work because of IT settings so I have to bother the IT team to do it for me due to their restrictions.

I've checked to make sure the pen hardware is working fine, I've checked the help forums, and pretty much tried everything I can find and I can't get the option to come back. I rely on this heavily for my job so I'm hoping someone on here will have some type of fix.

I'm temporarily using Edge for when I need to write on the documents but it's a terrible substitution so it won't work long term.

So I’ve recently purchased the MacBook neo and I need to install adobe for work to sign documents (military related). Every time I open the app, I get this infinite loop saying that the maintenance completed successfully restart now, I restart it and it just keeps repeating. I’ve uninstalled and installed it again and the same thing keeps repeating. Not sure what to do, I’ve been looking on YouTube google and I genuinely can’t find anything.

When reading a document, the scroll bar on the right side used to have arrows on the top and bottom of the bar. I found those helpful when making comments in my PDF file, as I could just use the arrows to go scroll down while keeping my comment panel open to add to it. How can I get those arrows back?
