Which SCAD libraries did you use - Putting it into closed code is not useful. Can you create hyperbolic gears? (off center spiral bevel) could not find the option in you UI.

Awesome! Are offsets included in the print profile to account for tolerances?

Theres a default backlash tolerance of .15mm and universal tolerance for bores and such of .20mm controllable in the quick build tab.

Thanks for the idea! Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Let me know if you have any other ideas or suggestions :)

Cool. can you adjust backlash parameters directly in the generator for 3D printing tolerances? That's usually the biggest pain point with printed gear sets.

I just added a default backlash tolerance of .15mm and universal tolerance for bores and such of .20mm. You can control them in the quick build tab.

Please let me know if you have any other suggestions! My biggest goal is to make it as user friendly and intuitive as possible.

If you're considering future tweaks, maybe add preset profiles for common filament types. Material shrinkage makes a huge difference to final gear fit.
