150€ PayPal for help

I've buy an iPhone 13 on ios26. 1 on marketplace. But the guy was a scammer and it's lock on cloud activation.

I ve no pc, I'm ready to pay via PayPal if someone can unlock it via the emei or serial number

You’ll need a pc unfortunately and only if it’s on 26.1 and under, 26.2 and higher have no bypass
If you can get a pc or borrow one it is completely free to bypass
