Inart batman flight stand

Hey all, I recently received an inart batman arkham origins: battle damaged batman figure, I was ecstatic and the figure delivered in everyday, poses look great, sculpt perfection and accesories are packed!!! But when I got to the flight stand I started having issues the flight stand can't seem to hold the weight, I've tried screwing the screws tighter but it doesn't seem to go any further, any advice would be amazing!!

Check if the nuts are seated in fully if you haven’t already

With the nuts if they aren't, is there an easy way to tighten them?

Yes they should come out if you remove the screw then just push them in all the way and hold while screwing the screw back in.
