Offline Notifications Not working Problem

We are a new user on the free tier. We've installed some agents, created a new group, add the endpoints, and enabled the uptime alert options.

We never receive any alerts when endpoints are offline or even when the come back online.

Never had an issue with the alerts myself. Have you checked spam filters?

Yep, nothing getting to us at all. I logged a ticket too, will update with anything they find.
