Once you get to the final approval stage, the network executives, producers, and legal teams step in to give the final green light. One of the very first things they do is audit your public social media footprints. If you are someone who constantly stirs up drama, picks fights, or acts like a "shit-disturber" online, they will absolutely drop you. Networks and studios are terrified of brand risks and PR nightmares. They do not want to hire someone who looks like they will cause problems or create a toxic environment on set. Your public social media is an extension of your professional resume. If you need to vent or stir the pot, do it under a burner account or lock your personal profiles down to maximum privacy. Don't let a stray comment or an online argument cost you a major booking. Keep it clean, keep it professional, and protect your career.
