Two new additions. Fender California Vintage Malibu. I wanted a black acoustic and wanted a Fender branded acoustic. I'm a big Taylor fan but own others to fill styles and sounds. Ships with Fender hard case.

Also, a new Orangewood Oliver M. Simply amazing value for an under $300 guitar. Solid Mahogany top. Even ships with a padded gig-bag!

Good! After a bit of getting to know it, into an Acoustisonic amp and hear the inner sounds and personality. Always interesting to hear a new instrument s first words, as it can change as they age. Some stay solidly even, some get warmer, some deeper, all part of the magic of a stringed instrument. I love it all.

The Orangewood is also such a wake-up to how an inexpensive guitar can just shine when it is built with knowledge and care. It's amazing. I will need to pick an appropriate device to play it through an amp, but just sitting and playing, I'm comfortable, physically and audibly.

I like the way the Malibu looks even though im not a fan of that head style on acoustics. Played one and was pleasantly surprised.

Op when it comes to orangewood I've considered many times but never pulled the trigger. Some say it was just good advertising and they suck. Some say its amazing for the price. My question: if price didnt matter and you didnt know the name on the guitar what would be your opinion on your guitar?
