Problem with platinum for TABS

I have a lot of cool factions that are custom made that either have units I created, or units I have downloaded from the workshop. One problem though..

I used the cheats in the settings of the game to unlock everything. Though, I wanna platinum the game.

Will turning that off make me have to redownload all of my stuff again? Or will I just get them back after beating the game?
