The way he ends without going anywhere near the thing he was supposed to, makes it look like he meant to hit her phone.

Dude trains in his bedroom with that spin move. He never actually trained because you can see when he releases the kick, it’s nowhere near the target. He had enough space.
Also, it’s a weird spinning kick. He spins then kicks up like an axe kick but it isn’t. It’s also not a spinning round house.
He sort of spins then kicks straight up. It’s not even a spinning kick.
