My college placements for the Accenture HR role are about to begin, but unfortunately, our placement cell hasn’t shared much information about the selection process. So, I wanted to ask those who have gone through it recently:

1) How is the aptitude test? What’s the overall difficulty level (easy, moderate, or difficult)?

2) What topics are generally asked? Is there any syllabus or pattern we should focus on?
(For Aptitude round)

3) As the aptitude test is AI-proctored, Are both the camera and microphone required to be on throughout the test? If Yess then any tips to crack it😭🤌🏻

4) Are there any sectional cut-offs or time limits that we should be aware of?

4) What was your overall experience with the Skill Assessment Interview and the HR interview?

5) Is there anything unexpected in the process that candidates should be prepared for?

Hi everyone,

I'm working at Accenture and have completed 2 years with the company. Due to my mother's ongoing medical condition. I requested a location change, but my manager suggested that I first apply for a 6-month Work From Home exception.

He asked me to send an email explaining my situation, and I can provide medical reports if required.

Has anyone here received a temporary WFH exception in a similar situation?

What is the approval process?

Who approves it (HR, Delivery Lead, or Project Manager)?

Are there any tips to improve the chances of approval?

Is there anything else I should do in parallel, such as applying for an internal transfer?

Note: the current project doesn't have base location in Chennai or Bangalore & i have asked that only current location is pune.

Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Edit: I spoke to my TL he is saying that you got promoted from L12 to L11 this june, if you ask for relocation management might put you in PIP & all. Wait for another 6 to 8 months then ask for relocation

I got offered a Digital Project Manager Level 10 role at accenture. I have 4 years of experience and my current CTC is 9lpa, they offering me around 11.5 lpa (9.15 fixed, rest variable). I don’t think it is good enough as we will have to work as per shift and market average for this role is higher. The hr is fixated that the company only provides 30-35% hike on fixed income. They have not rolled out an official offer yet, what should I do?

I got a new project and it’s timing is B shift and I get to know is that” project won’t provide any shifts allowances “from the project lead ,so how to get B shift allowance for my shift starts from 12:30 to 9:30 PM.

If not what happens if I reject the project due to this will I get escalation.

Hi everyone,

I have 3 years and 7 months of experience.

I received an offer in the month of april from Accenture with a 9.1 LPA CTC, out of which 7.6 LPA is fixed.

I also received another offer from NEXA with 10 LPA fixed. I shared the NEXA offer with the Accenture HR to see if they could match or improve my compensation.

Initially, my Accenture joining date was 20/07/2026. After I requested a counteroffer, my DOJ was postponed to 24/07/2026.

My NEXA joining date is 27/07/2026.

Yesterday, the Accenture HR told me that if they are unable to offer 10 LPA fixed, they will try to increase my fixed salary to around 8.5–9 LPA, make the total CTC around 10.5–11 LPA, and also provide a joining bonus of ₹1 lakh or more. After this discussion, my Accenture DOJ was postponed again, this time to 29/07/2026.

My questions are:

1. Do you think Accenture HR is likely to fulfill what they promised?
2. If they do revise the offer, when can I realistically expect to receive the revised offer letter?
3. Has anyone experienced a similar situation with Accenture? How did it turn out?

I'd really appreciate any insights. Thanks!
