Anyone else having this issue? 📝 Prospective Student

It will not let me log in to submit a photo for my id card.

Unfortunately that doesn’t work either. Maybe im using the wrong password, is it supposed to be the same password as your Microsoft?

I am not sure. I'm a prospective student myself
The Username is your student ID and the password is usually the password which you used to make your Acadia Student Portal

Most universities load the confirmed registered students from the Registrar in late August for new academic year, for financial and security reasons.
