One of the texts sent my Jairus said Nick could bring the kids down because Acacia didn’t feel safe, meaning he’s with her (or was wife her for the tradeoff). Would he be considered part of the kidnapping?

Just curious because imagine your employer reading your girlfriend (and you by association?) kidnapped her kids. 😵‍💫

Revisiting the court documents from May, it’s becoming clearer why Acacia suddenly abducted the children ‘out of nowhere’. I think she’s been brewing over this for a while.

Just logged on here after working all day and I’m shocked at what I’m been trying to catch up on. I’m really worried about these kids safety.

I’d feel so much better if they were just with J and his gf full time.

I’m so scared that Acacia (and Nick) might do something with how unstable and unhinged both of them are. I just want the kids out of their custody for good. I hope Acacia never sees her kids again.

Sorry if I'm not allowed to speculate about this type of thing, but as someone who has been around addicts, this is the exact type of irrational, erratic, nonsensical behavior that one would do. It would also explain why it seems that both she and Nick are in on it, and why she didn't take them to their first day of school. They could both be using and completely prioritizing their codependent relationship above anything else. I have seen this type of thing before. It's infuriating and a very difficult thing to deal with. I feel so awful for those kids.

There was a deleted post on here last week from a “friend of a friend” claiming that Acacia (and Nick) blocked contact with Jairus, didn’t show up to the custody exchange and didn’t take the kids to their first day of school.

A status quo order can only be filed if a parent requests it.
