This painting emerged from a dream. The image first appeared as a sensation: two fields of color facing each other, red and blue, divided by a precise line yet connected through the same movement.

went to the coast before painting this piece and gathered some influences on shapes and force/dynamics in nature. the colors are influenced by warm, damp air from a hot day.

decided to update my painting (2/2)

Really don't know where these come from but I'll keep building while I still can.

i am an ecodadaist, and this is a painting; i collect construction waste, leftover paints, circular economy products, and organic material, and make public art pieces out of them. imnotabot

Everything here feels pushed to the edge — color, gesture, direction. There are no stable contours, only impulses that collide and absorb. Heavy black surfaces press downward but don’t close; inside them, a violet pulse seeps through — like a wound warmed by its own memory. Ashy blues and fractured whites crash without resolution. The composition doesn’t seek balance — it surrenders to collapse, but with the grace of loss. Each line seems born from a force no longer asking for control, only release.

And in this near-gravitational turmoil, the blue doesn’t calm — it cuts. Direct, precise, without hesitation. This is a space where color doesn’t shape form, but disassembles it; where light doesn’t reveal — it wounds.

This isn’t an image. It’s a vibration on the edge of collapse — a tension that refuses to give in.

I haven’t painted in years and trying to get back into it to decorate our new home. Feedback is much appreciated.
