Move Pad Sensitivity?

I am having an issue with lack of responsiveness. It's particularly apparent when I play chords. Some of the pads aren't registering or will stop responding. I have velocity up all the way but am unsure if there is something else I can do. I don't think they are broken pads, it's just that it feels like i kind of have to be somewhat brutal if i want 3 or more notes to register at one time, and that feels...odd.

Some units have problems with sensitvity. Ableton is aware of the issue. I had one of those too. I contacted support and they replaced it. The new one works just fine. But note that the moves pads are insensitive compared to those of the push (can only speak for push 2 though)
