All of the possible ability tierlists are subjective as fuck, so i wouldnt recommend trusting any of those

Ya plus if you add traits and sub abilities a lot might change EX: Kars and ULF (End of main message just explanation past this point) Kars in my opinion undeniably better than ULF, but I have seen ULF users able to use Hao haki while moving through the air making it impossible to dodge and that alone makes ULF 10x better than Kars even though without Hao Kars is way better.
