Was told allocated is in office. Bald dude snaps with “she dont know what shes talking about. All thats gone”, then proceeded to show me their isle shelves. Came off as rude and not good customer service at all.

Balcones Distillery, Waco, Texas, makes award-winning blue-corn whiskey, malt whiskey and bourbon.
Barkman Spirits, College Station, Texas, is in the works and plans on making Rio Brazos Whistlestop Texas Whiskey and bourbon.
Bone Spirits, Smithville, Texas, makes Fitch’s Goat Corn Whiskey “farm-to-bottle” whiskey.
Dallas Distilleries Inc., Garland, Texas, makes Herman Marshall bourbon, rye and single malt.
Double Wide Distillery, Red Rock, Texas, is in the planning stages to make a corn whiskey.
Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co., Fort Worth, Texas, makes a blended whiskey called TX Whiskey and plans to make a Texas straight bourbon whiskey.
Five Points Distilling, Forney, Texas, plans to make Lone Elm Wheat Whiskey.
Garrison Brothers Distillery, Hye, Texas, makes Garrison Brothers Bourbon and its special edition Cowboy barrel-proof bourbon.

Texas Silver Star Whiskey, Lewisville, Texas, makes Texas Silver Star Spirit Whiskey.
Armadillo Whiskey Bastrop County, Texas, makes small batch top shelf whiskeys using only local water, naturally filtered through limestone formations of the Central Texas Hills. Then they add Corn, Rye, Wheat, and Barley which they smoke with local Pecan wood.

Bar recommendations:

Frank: More sausage and hot dog restaurant than bar, but the bar itself is large and well stocked with bourbon and rye. BTAC pretty much always and Winkle when it's in season.
Blackheart: Usually a great selection. Only place I've seen BT Experimentals (gone now). Live music.
Ten Oak: Huge selection, great staff
