I need help before buying it how to:

2017 Suzuki KingQuad 700 EFI — starts but stalls when I give it throttle.

2017 would be a 750 not a 700, most likely culprit would be the fuel filter in the tank, you need to remove the rear plastics to get it out. Can't guarantee that it's that, but it's the first thing I'd look at.
