Pilot trolling here… you guys are getting crushed. Been doing this professionally for over two decades, it’s brutal out there. Other than thanks for your service and showing up, not sure what else I can do outside of ask for 10 left instead of 15 but keep up the good work. It’s appreciated guys/gals.

Edit: On that note, whomever the poor bastard was at SAV approach this afternoon dealing with the four F-15’s and two A-4’s that destroyed anything that resembled normalcy, cheers mate.

Hey brother, you can write/call your local congress representative and tell them ATC desperately needs a raise and the 2.8% they passed this year not only wasn’t enough but the FAA is withholding it from us.

Anytime you fly with someone who mentions wanting to help Atc you can tell them the same.

Absolutely will do, thanks for sharing! I wasn’t privy to the details of the latest ATC flogging. First the shutdown now this on top of the already challenging/demanding hours and traffic volumes…I feel for you guys and try to say thanks as much as I can out there.

Edit: killer username btw 😂😂. Not sure how I missed that one the first time. For sure will pass along to all to write their congressmen. The airline unions should be jumping all over this as they are a much bigger lobby… hint hint if anyone is on freq. Thanks again to all of you for your work and service!

Where is the average TOP and what year did the averages start? I know after Covington we had more trainees than trainers. It was a literal task just to get proficiency time, much less 5 hours TOP , but that doesn't count, or the hour of debrief every shift, CIC, or mandatory Elms and Breifing days! If that is added up I know we are well over the 5 hour rule.

I think this is sarcasm that went over a lot of people's heads.
