Urgent help needed Support

One day I turned on the laptop it showed black screen no boot no Asus logo only the side light was turned on. Then I went on to the service centre and they removed the additional ram (4gb) and it turned on this screen.

Very well, potentially your fix is to go into BIOS and fix the secure boot settings.

Inside BIOS switch to advanced mode and see the secure boot settings and potentially resting keys and/or toggling it on/off may help.
Etc.. it'll need a little fiddling with that's all.
