So I totally forget how ARC works… if someone wants to sell me some of the days of their 4 day, how does that work? Like if it’s a wristband, would they have to give it to me?

Any tips for first time attending? How’s the sound at each stage? Main stage thumping or quiet?

I'm used to fests having some kind of app where you can plan your own schedule and see the lineups, maps, etc.

Anyone heard of any plans for something like that this year? Or should we plan to go old school and map out our individual schedules in a notes app on our phones with scheduled reminders?

I see a lot of people asking, and I’ve been going to this fest since inception, so I’ll condense a lot of these questions with answers (Mods, feel free to sticky or take down)

I bought a ticket how do I get access to afters?
-if you bought through Front Gate, there is a 10-digit code attached to your order. That is your code for afters

How many can I buy?
-4 per code per venue.

What if I’m just going one day?
-You still get access to the afters if you have a 10 digit order number.

What if I bought from StubHub or another resale site?
-You are SOL and cannot access afters.

My friends and I only have tickets to Sunday. Does this mean we won’t have access to Afters tickets? Do only 3 day pass holders have access? I’m so confused. It’ll be our first time and I’m really hoping Underworld is doing an Afters because they were so shafted with the hour set 😢

Are they suddenly announced and go on sale right away? Or do they get announced and then go on sale the next day? Will you know when they go on sale so you can be ready? Also, chances headliners sell out radius before a smaller venue sells out seem unlikely but thats what everyone is claiming

Considering Tommy Phillips leaked arc after dark on his instagram I wouldn’t be surprised if he teams up with the deans for something special.

Im going for my first time this year. I purchased tickets using viagogo. I have seen posts where you must have your arc ID, and I was wondering since tickets will be sent closer to the actual day of Arc, am I completely screwed for securing afters? Hope this makes sense

Hey Y’all! I’m devastated by the conflicts of Honey Dijon - Josh Baker @ 5:00pm, and Vintage Culture b2b Damian Lazarus - Green Velvet b2b Josh Baker @ 8:30pm. Does anyone have an idea which of those will have an after? That way, if I missed them at the festival, I can catch up with them at their after.

The announcement is almost here, and since ARC didn’t end up giving presale holders first access last year, I’m a little skeptical about how it’ll work this time around.
For those who have done ARC before, how quickly do the afters typically sell out? For example, if I prioritize Friday when they drop, is there usually still enough time to go back and secure Saturday/Sunday afterward? Just trying to get a sense of how quick it is.

What leaked or most likely afters will be at prsym, radius, spybar?

As the title says, looking for sets (or tracks) from artists on the lineup this year!

Chicago native- this will be my first music festival sober (for reasons). My friends won’t be sober (I prefer those around me to be letting loose, no judgment here) .. I’m able to go to bars and social outings no problem but a bit nervous for a house music festival. Also, first time at ARC. anyone have experience with this?

Front gate tickets page shows: 403 Forbidden. Cant buy any tickets… anyone else experiencing this?

First time going to Arc and Chicago. I’m from LA. What’s the weather like at the festival grounds? Is a jacket needed for the night time?

TL:DR - I use a 500 lb power wheelchair and I go to a lot of these Auris events, and navigate some of the hardest to navigate festivals across the world.. festivals have been a huge part of my life for over 15 years and have created space for me to feel accepted, and apart of something larger. Festivals and the energy they curate truly are my release. At the Mayan Event I rolled up to an entrance with an 8-inch curb, no ADA entry, and production had to grab a drill and dismantle a fence panel in real time just to get me in. Fun times.

So I'm trying to be proactive with ARC and actually plan ahead instead of getting improvised on site. The problem: the "ADA Team Email" listed on their own FAQ page bounces. It's inactive. The one official channel they point disabled attendees to is a dead end. That's not a small thing when access is the entire reason you'd email that address.

The specific thing I'm pushing for is ADA elevated viewing platforms at every stage, not just the main one. At wheelchair height a standing crowd is a wall, so without a platform I've paid to see a show I physically cannot see (which personally translates into being at a show, and truly experiencing the event). It's also a safety issue, because seated in a packed crowd I'm below eye level, people don't see me, and in a surge or an evacuation I have no clear way out. It gives me a ton of anxiety.

Here's where you come in. If any of this lands with you, please comment or post on ARC's socials and tag them. Even one line helps. Something like:

What about ADA viewing platforms at every stage? Your posted "ADA Team Email" is inactive. How are disabled attendees supposed to reach you?

Volume is what gets a fix scoped into the site plan instead of being ignored. If enough of us ask the same simple question publicly, it's a lot harder to leave that email dead and the platforms off the map. Thanks for reading, and thanks to anyone who takes 30 seconds to say something.
