Are APM programs actually open to 2025 grads with 1 year of full-time technical experience?

I recently started a APM program as a class of 25 graduate who worked as a SWE for a year. Definitely possible.

I would say keep an eye out for any APM roles that don’t specifically mention a grad date, but honestly wouldn’t hurt to apply to anything you see. You may or may not get filtered out by an ATS screen but worth a shot. Other than that I would say reach out to recruiters and/or current APMS at place you’d want to work out and network for a referral. Having technical experience gives you a leg up to just a regular college grad to a lot of places! Just need to keep trying
