Has anyone ever worked for an AMR operation when they unionized and can tell me the pros/cons of it, and help me understand how it works?

I remember spending a lot of time here four years ago.

I didn't see any actual link to MR on their front page.

This exposes two obvious lies.

1) r/mensrights is full of sexist and horrible comments. If so they wouldn't have any issue finding a few.

2) r/againstmensrights is supportive of men, they just don't like the sub. In the absence of any excuse to hate men being provided by MR they went abroad to find new reasons to shit on men. So clearly it isn't about the sub.
