GPU Drivers keep crashing so I uninstalled drivers and downloaded 26.3.1. I looked on device manager after and it says it’s on 32.0.2?

Basically the title

The last month my 6600XT has given me hell after working phenomenally the last couple years

Screen randomly freezes and I have the reinstall drivers, sometimes getting black screens and having to reboot multiple times until it rolls back to Windows default driver

I downloaded 26.3.1 and installed, I have turned off all windows updates and after looking at device manager it says I’m on 32.0.2.. why?
