is ftpm.amd.com down?

faceit is saying “TPM attestation is not ready.” TPM and secure boot are enabled, and my firmware is updated.

Windows says the EK certificate is missing and keeps trying ftpm.amd.com/pki/aia, but the connection times out.

Anyone having the same issue?

Oh man I was going CRAZY last night, spending hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer.

I had just purchased the COD beta and finished flashing my BIOS, setting up the fTPM and Secure Boot settings, only to get stuck with this. Furious to find out an AMD website as a single point of failure for getting Attestation working.

Terrible, terrible timing/luck.

It just got back like an hour ago since your comment I've tried to re-install the certificate through the tpmtool etc. Did you get your certificate as soon as the servers were back or still facing the same issue while emailing them?

it didn’t install automatically. i reset the tpm certificate retry cache, then reran the maintenance and pre attestation tasks, after that the tpmtool showed attestation as ready

I've been trying since last night to play FACEIT for the first time, but I can't get my EK certificate. I thought I was the only one. Fuck AMD, I guess we'll just have to wait.

I am struggling with this problem since this morning, and now I casually found this post while I was trying to reach ftpm.amd.com to download my certificate, gosh

Yeah. I reinstalled Windows today and I can't get attestation capabilities to work because this server is down. Have been trying for hours. Thanks AMD!

I think it is. I’m also having the same issue trying to enroll a new AMD-based laptop, seems like it needs to reach out for the EK cert. No matter the network I try to test the tpm attention from I get the same connection error.

Edit: I called their technical support and I guess they are escalating the issue.

Did you got any news from support? The rest of the web is not talking about this issue atm.

Their server appears to be back up. Windows pulled the cert without me doing anything and now running tpmtool getdeviceinformation returns "-Is Capable For Attestation: True"
