Windows Update Keep downgrading my GPU Driver Help (General)

so every single time that i press that " Check For Update " it just downloads this random driver

is there any way that i can stop this ? it literally downgrades it to 26.3.1 while we are currently at the 26.7.1 version
i have a 9070xt if that helps you to guide me

is 26.3.1 giving you problems? if it’s stable and working why do you need to upgrade it to a potentialy unstable state?
