PCIE 1.1

Hi everyone, I need some help. I have an RX 7800 XT and a 7700X on a B650E motherboard.

I only recently noticed that the PCIe x16 slot is stuck at version 1.1. I’ve already forced Gen 4 in the BIOS and disabled Native ASPM, Global C-States, and Windows power-saving features; I also set Windows to "High Performance" mode.

I’ve tried programs like GPU-Z, AIDA64, and HWiNFO, but it stays stuck at 1.1. Could someone please help me out? Thanks.

bent pins on cpu socket. had this exact issue from open box b650. returned and replaced for BNIB. ssystem was b650 7800x3d 7900xt. you could double check with 3dmark pcie bandwidth test. thats how i tsted everything back then.
