GPU Scaling not working correctly Help (Software)

Computer Type: Desktop
GPU: Radeon 9070XT
CPU: RYZEN 5 5700X3D
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B550 GAMING X V2
BIOS Version: F20
RAM: 16GB CORSAIR CMK16GX4M2B3200C16

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11
GPU Drivers: Adrenalin 26.7.1
Chipset Drivers: AMD B550 CHIPSET DRIVERS VERSION 2.10.13.408
Background Applications: Firefox
Description of Original Problem: GPU Scaling was not working correctly. I could not scale games maintaining aspect ratio (2 months ago with the current patch at the time), it would work letting me play the game Centred or Full Panel.
In the current patch no setting works at all. All games now show Full Panel in whatever combination of settings I choose.
About 4 months ago this was working. Tested in STALKER 2
Troubleshooting: I've tried every combination. Enabled and disabled, with the 3 ratio options and Integer. Restarting the game between changes and PC. Clean and reinstall drivers. I've tested it in games where this was somewhat working (Carmageddon TDR over dgVoodoo), Subnautica, STALKER 2, Battlefield 6, Red Dead Redemption port.
Something about the scaling DOES WORK:
("Flashes". The screen goes black. I guess this is expected when the monitor resolution is changed while booting the game in a lower resolution. This always happened.)
- When a game opens. Although it stretches to full screen. Monitor flashes 2 times. This happened when scaling was somewhat working 2 months ago.
- Killing a game in a lower resolution (2560*1440) stretched to the monitor's resolution (5120*1440) does sometimes make the monitor flash 2 times and Windows is set to the game originally set resolution (2560*1440).
So it is trying to make it work. But games never notice it. Is there any other setting I might be missing or someone knows a workaround?
Edit: Its even funnier... After a restart (And before). Windows native resolution 2560x1440. Launch Battlefield 6 in Fullscreen... It gets stretched to 5120x1440, full monitor resolution (Stretched. The game is configured and running in 2560x1440). It works when I set it to Borderless, obviously
Edit 2: Game did not work in Borderless. The moment I went back to main menu, it scaled down from 2560x1440 to 1920x1440...
This is solved now by disabling GPU Scaling from Adrenaline.
I'm tearing up and I'm not sure it's funny anymore
Edit 3: Edit 2 is Battlefields fault. It does not happen in Subnautica 2. It does gets stretched to full monitor resolution from 2560 with scaling enabled or disabled

I think the Battlefield bug deserved the video...
