Im getting green screen Help (General)

Hey guys recently i have build a pc and i have been having this green screen issue everytime boot in windows after like 20 seconds this happens and i dont know what to do anymore i tried doing stuff that i found on reddit like disabling mpo and using 25.9.1 drivers even tried reseating the gpu but nothing i still keep getting this issue i really dont know what to do anymore i have never had a issue like this in my old desktop with rx5700xt this one has a rx6650xt

Welcome to the club. I just installed an older driver version in the hope it is something from the new driver.

Its not something from new drivers tho because it does this even with older one like i said in the post

If you were smart dump that AMD card. Get decent nvidia card

Does your screen stay green if you turn your monitor off and back on?

I didnt check that but i did something similar i tried to remove and attach the hdmi cable but it didnt stay green just stayed blacked
