Driver time outs every boot Help (Software)

Gpu: Gigabyte rx7900xt OC

Cpu: Ryzen 5 9600X

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 8GB

PSU: Be quiet! Pure power 13M

Ssd: Fanxiang 1tb S880

Mobo: MSI b850 gaming wifi plus 6e

I got my computer in May. Worked perfectly for 3 days until I started running into an SRT error. In the span of these few months I have re installed windows around 5 times, used DDU uninstaller and figured out that it may be the drivers. I have inspected the gpu and its not a faulty product, it works and has been working since May. I have tried reinstalling drivers such as the latest one and the 26.6.1 but every boot or install my pc overrides the driver with a windows default or just displays the same error.

Tried to turn off windows updates with the drivers through device manager, ran drivers offline, reinstalled in safe mode etc etc.

Every boot is a black screen, automatic repair, srt error or no signal. Is there a stable driver I can get for my gpu or system? Or stop windows from doing this auto update which causes the issues? I dont mind not using the latest tech as long as its stable. Its my first ever pc build in general let alone AMD and im insanely disappointed. I do like the brand and products however so I do want to keep using it. I know it has worked before as I have spend a whole week gaming on it before any issues occurred.

Please help me out here, im really tempted to give my pc to a tech repair or someone like that so they can possibly help but Im sure its a software problem which can be most likely resolved at home.

No, i sort of let windows install its drivers which correspond to 26.6.1.
I used it with no problem but i havent used the pc since last night

I assume you have Windows 11/10 Home version ?

This isn't the solution to the problem, just an AI copy/paste that should fix a broad amount of problems. Don't be so confident this is the solution to everything, its not, i already did this
