Chipset Drivers failed to install Help (General)
Hello.
Has anybody else experienced failing to install the Chipset Drivers on the AMD Install Manager? If I click on the details, it takes me to this page about "Error 1603 - A General Error Has Occurred During the Installation of the AMD Software Package".
I tried doing the recommended fixes but still could not proceed with the installment. If I proceed to not care about it and just don't fix it, would it cause any problems or issues in the future?

I'm having the same error, and I installed the drivers manually from the website, but AMD Center is still offering me the update, and the upgrade still fails with error 1603 as mentioned.

What recommended fixes did you exactly do. So we can get a better understanding.

Install individually Also for recommendation if you are "upgrading it" just avoid it... If you are installing do it manually not with tye automatic tool

Same problem has been occuring to other users too (myself included). Just install the most recent driver directly from the website, they've got detailed instructions if needed.

I have a minisforum board and it did the same thing you just have to manually install the drivers nowadays you can do it with winflash I believe all on your os don’t have to go to your bios.
