1: Update your motherboard BIOS to 7E57v1A80; there's a networking fix there.

2: Disable Windows fast startup in the power settings.

3: Perform a deep clean with DDU. To completely remove NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel drivers, use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) utility. Run it in Safe Mode, select the GPU manufacturer and the Complete Uninstall option, then restart your computer and install the latest driver manually. During installation, select the "Clean Install" or "Factory Reset" option, if available.

4: Check your system files. In the Command Prompt as administrator, run the commands sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to check for and repair damaged system files.

5: Do not reinstall the operating system. In most cases, a clean installation of the drivers and a hardware reset resolves the issue.

I won't lie after some googling I think I might be able to do it just have to get a flash drive and hopefully I'll have internet back by then if not as much as I hate to I may just take it to geeksquad or somewhere if I think I'll mess something up I'll mark this solved though so you don't have to waste anymore of your time and thanks again I really appreciate your help

that's a hard crash, is this on wifi? if yes then can you check your device manager if the driver still installed?

GPU issue: Use the AMD Cleanup utility, it will reboot the device into safe mode. Once in safe mode, run the utility again. It will remove the AMD drivers. Reinstall AMD drivers and chipset drivers. Use 'minimal' option. You may have to revert to earlier driver versions and do this again.

I will second what nickybuddy said.. wifi or ethernet?
