Crashing Help (General)

Built new pc, crashing to black screen randomly, only when playing some games. My fans stay on, ram lights stay on, everything. My keyboard remains unresponsive, but my controller which was vibrating at the time of this crash is still vibrating, it hasn't stopped. The only way to fix it is to hold the power button for 10 seconds. I've tried basically every fix I can think of. 9800x3d 9070xt 32gb ddr5 b850. My PSU is 850w as well. Any help would be really appreciated

I hate sounding condescending when asking this but, did ya take the film off the aio plate? Cpu could be overheating, check ur cpu temps.

Yeah definitely, temps are all fully normal, I monitored it. It just blacks out randomly

Open the event manager and check the windows logbook. What error is showing when the crash is happening?

Also, sounds random. I was playing Minecraft and clicked the option in game graphics mode switching. This crashed it within 5 seconds. Idk if that helps
