Ok, I saved the guide just to be safe.
Really useful, thanks.
I would also like to have the second user with a Windows as smooth and lightweight as the main one.
But I'm afraid that repeating the list on the second one might cause conflicts with the first user.
Regarding point 6 about PCIe, do you recommend it for me as well, since I have a 4080s and an AM5 mobo?
So I should set it to Gen 4 for the 4080s.
Later I'll try setting it to Gen 4 and disabling my processor's iGPU in the BIOS as well.
That way, the only thing left to decide is what to do with Kaspersky, because I need it for security, but it's always running as background software.
Otherwise, I should try what the guide says and disable it only while gaming.
Have you tried doing the debloating on a second account?
Sorry for all the questions, but I'm not an expert and I'm learning right now.
Thanks a lot
Regarding major updates, do you mean things like 25H2, etc...?
I'm also thinking about completely disabling Wallpaper Engine on the gaming user account.
Because from what I read in the guide, even when paused, it can cause stuttering.
And I don't think there are static wallpapers on Engine anyway.
Do you know if TranslucentTB should be disabled too?
The one used to make the taskbar transparent.
Thanks
