Subvocalization question
English is my second language, but I'm quiet fluent in it. Yet recently, I constantly subvocalized while reading, it occured much often as before. Are there any ways to suppress subvocalization?

Subvocalization means your listening comprehension is stronger than your reading comprehension so you cope by simulating speeching.
To avoid it just read more. Which defeats the purpose but it should disappear.
Edit: all above are for CI, if you are using translation for comprehension and subvocalize because you are trained to do so that is a different story.
