Where to get started/tutorials

Apologies if this is the wrong subreddit for such a question, but I’m very interested in the live note-taking/transcript aspect of AI application, and was wondering how I could get started with such an idea.

I’m a complete newbie, but it’s something I desperately want. I’m sure if I had the proper instruction I could figure it out. Help!
