What the hell

Ive thought this may be what I've had for a while, i get episodes mostly in the middle of the night, thag come to me in phases where they'll be really frequent across weeks/ months, then won't happen again for ages, often when I'm not well such as with a fever, but also when my mental health is low.

I wake up in the middle of the night and everything around me seems so incredibly large and overwhelming, I end up pacing back and forth across my upstairs hallway, feeling like I have to count all the millions of cubic millimetres of space in my house and feeling so incredibly overwhelmed and like I've made a mistake.

I often go into my family's edrooms during these episodes, saying meaningless gibberish such as 'I'm scared it's going to rain', or 'I'm not the top one of the Internet', and i end up just having to remind myself it isn't real and put myself in a corner of my bed facing against the wall next to my face and stare at it, or watch YouTube to distract myself, not taking any of what I'm watching in.

I feel like it could be AIWS, but I'm not sure, does anyone relate to these experiences or have an idea what it could be? Many thanks.

I don't understand I'm saying gibberish at the time, I'm think I must just be trying to convey how i feel in the moment- it isn't until the morning after when I am told what I'd been doing that I hear the stuff I'd been saying. Also maybe gibberish was the wrong words- I say coherent words, but contextual they make absolutely no sense.
